Aikido Founder













Morihei Ueshiba, founder of Aikido, is from Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture, and has been working martial arts since he was a child, studying the mysteries of traditional Japanese martial arts, and after rigorous training, he developed from art to Aikido, and built a aiki Shrine and Aiki Training Dojo in Iwama Town, Ibaraki Prefecture during the war. Aikido was completed between the rocks after the war. This completed technique was named "Takesan Aiei".
